Lake Sävelången is always just around the corner here at Nääs. The lake stretches from Norsesund and Ingared in the north, where it is connected to Lake Mjörn, to Floda in the south, where it transitions at the power station into the Säveån river, which flows all the way to Gothenburg to meet the sea. Sävelången offers refreshing swimming and rich fishing waters.
Lake Sävelången is a popular fishing water, and people try their luck at Nääs daily.
The fishing permit “Gula Kortet” (The Yellow Card) is valid in the lake and can be easily purchased via the Swedish Anglers Association. Sävelången is the largest lake covered by the Gula Kortet and is one of the region’s absolute best fishing lakes. The lake has a population of pikeperch and perch as well as pike and trout.
For fishing in Sävelången / Lillelången, there are separate day passes, annual passes, and annual passes for fishing from a boat; these can be purchased online at ifiske.se.
