Nääs is owned and operated by the private donation foundation August Abrahamsons stiftelse, with a clear mission: to preserve and develop this unique cultural environment for both today’s visitors and future generations.
When you pay for parking, you also contribute to Nääs remaining an open and well-maintained place to return to – all year round. The income goes towards the maintenance and care of roads, land, and green areas in the vicinity.
The parking fee applies around the clock, and the minimum payment period is one hour.
Parking permits can be purchased as short-term permits, per hour, or as long-term permits for 6 or 12 months.
Please note that parking is permitted for a maximum of 24 hours per occasion, regardless of the type of permit chosen.

Parking is also permitted in places with P-signs, marked with Star Park AB as well as EasyPark and ePark.
Otherwise, parking is prohibited at Nääs.
Parking enforcement is managed by Star Park AB.
If you arrive with a car and boat trailer, you pay a fee for both the car and the trailer. The most suitable place to park a car with a trailer is in the large parking lot by Otto Salomons väg.
NOTE, always unhitch the trailer and use two adjacent parking spaces.

For those who have booked accommodation in a room at Nääs, a parking permit is included during your stay and is obtained upon check-in.
The nearest charging station for electric cars is in Floda and Tollered, respectively.
At Nääs, there are marked pitches for motorhomes in a scenic environment. The pitches are subject to a fee, cannot be booked, and may be used for a maximum of 24 hours. Here you will find a toilet with running water, a changing table, and fresh water, as well as waste disposal within walking distance. Electricity and latrine emptying are not available in the area.
Nääs today is a national heritage building and a nature reserve, but also a large estate with a fantastic history.
