Welcome to the North Wing at Nääs – a place where time seems to move a little slower. Here, in the old estate manager’s residence from the 18th century, you stay in the heart of Nääs history, surrounded by tranquil nature and the castle environment.
The Nääs castle wings have their roots in the 18th century, when the estate was owned by Jacob von Utfall, director of the East India Company. The two wings are the only buildings remaining from this period.
The North Wing served for a long time as the residence of the estate manager at Nääs, and still bears traces of everyday life on the estate – a contrast to the castle’s festive grand halls.
The North Wing features four comfortable double rooms, two of which can be combined into a family room for those travelling with children or friends. Here you stay in a unique manor house setting with access to a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, and free wifi.

The North Wing has four double rooms with space for up to eight people.
One of the rooms has two single beds, while the other three are furnished with double beds.
Two of the double rooms can be opened up to form a family room with space for four people, distributed across two double beds.

As a guest, you also have access to a shared hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a lounge for socializing.

All accommodation guests receive one parking card per room, valid for the entire stay at Nääs.
The nearest parking is located approximately 50 meters north of the wing. You may drive up to load and unload luggage, but parking directly outside the wing is not permitted.
To enter the North Wing, there is a stone staircase with three steps to the main entrance and two corresponding staircases to the garden at the back.
The entrance door consists of an outer and an inner double door.
There are thresholds between all rooms.
In the North Wing, one of the toilets is large, but it is not a wheelchair-accessible toilet. The nearest wheelchair-accessible toilet is located in the Coffee Room and the Castle Shop.
Nääs today is one of Sweden’s largest listed buildings with an associated nature reserve, but also a large manor with a remarkable history.
