Confirmation and Payment

The booking is valid once we have sent a booking confirmation and booking number via email from info@naas.se
Payment is made upon booking, with any additional charges due no later than seven days before arrival.
Payment can be made by card, Klarna, or Swish.
Prices are stated including VAT (12%).

Upon departure, guests must return furniture to its original position, tidy up, sort waste, and wash large dishes. Cost for failure to restore: min. 750 SEK.

Changes and cancellations without charge are permitted up to seven days before arrival via Manage existing booking Cancellations seven days or closer to the arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booking. We follow recommendations from VISITA – Swedish Hospitality Industry.
