With a large outdoor seating area, lake views, and the castle just a stone’s throw away, a setting is created that makes the day truly special.
The red brick buildings from the 1820s once housed the manor’s horses and the estate’s grain stores. Here lived and worked people who were part of the farm’s daily life, in an environment where hard work and pleasant manor life flowed together.
Today, Kaffestugan and Slottsboden are located here, forming a vibrant meeting place at the Nääs destination. The buildings still bear traces of the site’s history and provide an authentic setting for what fills the place with life today.
Spiltan is a secluded wedding venue in the old stable at Nääs – a place for those who want to create a personal and unique wedding celebration. Here, with the castle and Lake Sävelången right next door, rests a tranquility that provides space for closeness, joy, and celebration.
The venue accommodates 10–40 people and has its own outdoor area, where the celebration can take place under the open sky. Spiltan is well suited to be combined with a ceremony in the castle.
The bridal couple has access to Spiltan from Friday to Sunday, with plenty of time to settle in, prepare, and enjoy the wedding weekend in peace and seclusion.
In Kaffestugan there are two cozy venues, where the old roof beams and rustic setting create a warm and vibrant frame for your event.
Here it is possible to book tables for larger and smaller parties, and the venues are particularly well suited for family gatherings, celebrations, and other gatherings on a smaller or medium scale. The smaller dining room accommodates up to 25 people, and in the larger adjoining venue – Höloftet – there is space for up to 70 guests.

Nääs is owned and operated by the private donation foundation August Abrahamson’s Foundation, whose mission is to preserve Nääs and the handicraft tradition based on the wishes of Nääs’ last private owner, August Abrahamson.
To continue maintaining Nääs as an open and well-kept area for recreation, the revenue from parking fees is needed, which goes towards the maintenance and care of roads, land, and buildings at Nääs.
Parking enforcement is carried out by Västia Parking (formerly Controlla), and signage at parking meters and in the area is being updated gradually.
The fee applies around the clock and the minimum payment time is one hour. Payment is made via EasyPark, SMS, or parking meter.
