Below are some of them. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hans Thorbj\u00f6rnsson<\/strong> has written a number of articles about the N\u00e4\u00e4s sloyd teacher training seminar. In 1990, he published the book &#8220;N\u00e4\u00e4s and Otto Salomon: sloyd and play&#8221;.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anna Alm.<\/strong>  The poetics of experience: The sloyd seminar at N\u00e4\u00e4s 1880\u20131940. Doctoral thesis, Lund University, 2012. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gisli Thorsteinsson<\/strong>, Professor in Handicraft and Innovation at the University of Iceland, Reykjav\u00edk, and <strong>Brynjar Olafsson<\/strong>, University Campus Notodden, South-Eastern Norway. They have taken an interest in the first Icelandic students at N\u00e4\u00e4s and have written articles on the subject during the 2000s. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Etsuo Yokoyama<\/strong>, professor at Nagoya University, Japan. Has written several texts about the N\u00e4\u00e4s sloyd teacher training seminar over a number of years.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ver\u00f3nica Andrea Toranzo<\/strong>, National University of C\u00f3rdoba, Argentina, has taken a closer look at Argentina\u2019s connection to N\u00e4\u00e4s.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vassilios Sabatakaksis<\/strong>, Associate Professor, Modern Greek, Centre for Languages and Literature, Lund University. In 2021, he published a translation together with Karin Bauman of Dimitrios Vikelas\u2019 travel account from Greece to N\u00e4\u00e4s in 1903.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marie Hjalmarsson Engelke<\/strong>, independent researcher, has researched and written about Sophie Elkan, &#8220;Write as often as you can&#8221;, 2022<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anders Ottosson<\/strong>, Department of History, University of Gothenburg, is interested in play and sport at the N\u00e4\u00e4s sloyd teacher training seminar. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Erica Nielsen Okamura<\/strong>, dance historian, Arizona State University. Lives in Australia. Has researched and written articles about N\u00e4\u00e4s. In 2025, she began writing a doctoral thesis to investigate how Swedish knowledge about play was shared between geographical areas in the years 1904\u201314, using the Play Courses as a point of departure.
