Welcome to a watercolor course in the heart of the beautiful cultural heritage environment of Nääs—where nature, light, and historic settings become part of your creation. Over three days, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the expressions and techniques of watercolor painting, with Nääs as an inspiring backdrop.
We work both out in the landscape and with fundamental exercises where you can try color theory, perspective, shading, and composition. The course provides you with tools and tips to develop your painting and create images with depth and emotion.
The course is led by Iréne Lidvall Gullersby, an appreciated and experienced instructor who has inspired participants in watercolor painting for many years—not least here at Nääs. With her educational and empathetic approach, she meets both beginners and more experienced participants.
You are welcome to bring your own materials, but there is also the possibility to borrow or purchase them on-site.
