Lär dig renovera fönster

Restore windows—knowledge for sustainable craftsmanship

Old windows carry both history and quality—and with the right knowledge, they can usually be saved. During this course day at Nääs, you will receive a practical introduction to the craft of window restoration, where theory and practice go hand in hand.

Together with Mats Lindström, an experienced window craftsman, you will go through the entire process step by step: from removing the glass and restoring the sash to glazing and painting. You will try the steps yourself and learn what is important to consider—whether you want to do the work yourself or commission someone else to do it.

During the day, you will also discuss material choices, glass quality, paint, glazing putty, and common challenges such as condensation and sealing solutions.
