Guided Tour

Castle Tour – Sophie Elkan Theme

Join us for a historical tour of the castle with special focus on Sophie Elkan, her authorship, her life at Nääs Castle, and her friendship with Selma Lagerlöf.

The tour is guided by Marie Hjalmarsson Engelke, who also researches and writes about Sophie Elkan’s life and authorship.

Marie received Lerum Municipality’s Cultural Prize in 2022 and has written, among other works, the book “Write as Often as You Can,” available at the Nääs Castle Shop.

The tour takes approximately 45 minutes.

Please note that guided tours are conducted in Swedish.

Children/youth 7-16 years: 60 SEK
Children 0-6 years accompanied by an adult are free
